Irish Coffee
Lássuk is az Ír kávé összetevőit:
- 4cl ír whiskey
- barnacukor
- eszpresszo
- tejhab
Ír kávé elkészítése:
Speciális ír kávés pohárban készítjük el. A barnacukrot és az ír whiskey-t összekeverjük egymással oly módon, hogy a cukor elolvadjon. Ezt az ital meggyújtásával könnyedén elérhetjük. Következő lépésben rátöltjük a hosszú presszókávét és a tejhabot óvatosan a tetejére öntjük.
